iPhone out but not from Apple

This Monday the iPhone was out but Apple did not release it!, Cisco did, Why?, Cisco have the Trade Mark.
The new iPhone is just a Skype Compatible VoIP Phone.
The big question is now what will be the new name of the apple-phone.
In the meantime Google annouance the… What!?: “gPhone”.
